Our Junior Defence Academy (JDA) adjusts the intensity from our adult Deftac Krav Maga program.We have 2 Age Groups in the JDA:Junior Warriors - Age 4-10Teen Krav - Age 11-16

Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling based system known for it's use of leverage to throw, takedown, submit and control opponents.
DEFTAC BJJ and DEFTAC Krav Maga complement each other very well.
Our DEFTAC BJJ & DEFTAC STRIKING classes are open to anyone over the age of 12 and absolutely no experience is required.
